The firm’s maritime practice includes the representation of seamen and fishermen injured either in international or local waters, or longshore or harbor workers injured while working in Pennsylvania or New Jersey Ports or shipping terminals, in connection with lawsuits brought against those vessel owners, terminal operators, stevedoring companies or maritime-related businesses whose negligence or fault has caused injury to such workers.
