Experience
Soleiman Raie graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. After working for Disney for a brief stint, Mr. Raie attended law school at Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, TX, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 2006. He spent his first year working as a Judicial Law Clerk for a Judge in Family Court in Philadelphia. In the subsequent 11 years, he has worked for firms representing individuals in Family Law matters, such as Divorce, Custody, and Support. He also litigated personal injury, commercial litigation, and real estate matters. Over eight of his twelve professional years, Mr. Raie represented union members in a wide range of matters and drafted hundreds of Wills, Living Wills, and Powers of Attorney. He is currently a candidate for an LL.M. in Estate Planning and Taxation at Temple University. Mr. Raie has been honored over a dozen times by Super Lawyers Rising Stars and featured in its magazine, and for the past three years, he has been recognized as one of Pennsylvania’s Top 40 Under 40 in Family Law. He is licensed in PA, NJ, NY, and in the U.S. Supreme Court in Washington, D.C. He also represents a few professional baseball players and has a pending Certification with MLB.
