2022 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers List

Paul is a top-rated Workers’ Compensation attorney and partner at the firm, and he also manages the firm’s Workers’ Compensation department. Paul has extensive civil litigation experience in both the Pennsylvania and New Jersey state and federal courts, including jury trials, bench trials, and arbitrations. He is a certified specialist in Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation by the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Section in Workers’ Compensation Law, authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Paul devotes part of his time serving as fund counsel for the Laborers’ District Council Plasterers, Tenders and Laborers’ Health and Welfare Fund.

Paul received his Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Paul is a member of several organizations, including the Pennsylvania Association for Justice; the American Association for Justice; the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association; the Philadelphia Bar Association; the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans; the American Bar Association’s Workers’ Compensation and Employers’ Liability Committee; and the American Bar Association’s Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section. He is also on the Board of Directors for the Fair Housing Rights Center of Southeastern Pennsylvania.
