Experience

Paul B. Himmel has extensive litigation experience in state and federal courts in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, including jury trials, bench trials and arbitrations. Paul is responsible for all aspects of litigation, from initial pleadings through verdict. Currently, Paul also is a lecturer in the area of personal injury law and workers’ compensation.

Paul is counsel to the Laborers’ District Council Plasterers, Tenders & Laborers’ Health and Welfare Fund.

Workers’ compensation, personal injury including motor vehicle accidents, all types of negligence claims, medical malpractice and products liability claims.
