Experience:

From 1985 through 1988, Wayne was a Staff Attorney for Community Legal Services’ “Energy Project”, representing low income persons in disputes with utility companies and representing community groups and agencies in regulatory proceedings before public agencies such as the Public Utility Commission, the Philadelphia Gas Commission and the Water Revenue Board.

Since 1988, he has concentrated on all aspects of labor and employment law, representing unions and individual workers in diverse disputes. Wayne has represented unions in both the private and public sector in various forums including arbitrations, collective bargaining negotiations, state and federal trial and appellate courts and administrative agencies, such as the National Labor Relations Board and the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board. Wayne also teaches classes and, upon request, gives lectures and seminars on a variety of labor and employment law topics.

Wayne Wynn concentrates in Union-side labor law and representation of individual workers in employment law matters. Education law, representing students with special needs and in disciplinary matters.
