Past Experience

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hurd practiced with two civil litigation firms where he engaged in all aspects of litigation in personal injury, products liability and premises liability matters, as well as Federal Employers’ Liability Act (FELA) claims.

While in law school, Mr. Hurd served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Rayford A. Means of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, and worked as a law clerk for a boutique litigation firm.
