Prior to joining Freedman & Lorry, P.C., Katrina worked as an Assistant City Solicitor for the City of Philadelphia Law Department in the Health and Human Services Unit, where she represented the Philadelphia Department of Human Services, the Department of Public Health, and the County Office of Mental Health in areas including child welfare and mental health.
