Catherine Tanaka Surbeck has extensive experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation and mediation including appearing before Workers’ Compensation Judges, the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board and the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania; conducting depositions of medical experts, fact witnesses and vocational experts; and drafting Findings of Facts, Conclusions of Law with Brief to Workers’ Compensation Judge, and Briefs to Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board, Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania and Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
