Past Experience
Serves as counsel for Locals of the International Longshoremen's Association in Ports of Philadelphia, Camden and Wilmington, Del. Stan earned a B.A. from the University of Delaware in 1959, and graduated from the Columbia University School of Law in 1962. In his legal career, he also served as assistant district attorney in the New York County DA's office, and also represented the National Maritime Union of America, AFL-CIO, including representation of merchant seamen, fishermen and other seamen in labor relations and personal injury matters.
