Extensive litigation
experience in state and federal courts in both
Pennsylvania and New Jersey, including jury trials,
bench trials and arbitrations. Paul is responsible for
all aspects of litigation, from initial pleadings
through verdict. Currently, Paul also is a lecturer in
the area of personal injury law and workers'
compensation.
Paul is counsel to the
Laborers' District Council Plasterer Tenders &
Laborers Health and Welfare Fund.
